Amnesty UK wanted to quickly produce more engaging, presenter-led videos for TikTok and Instagram
Step 1. Identifying the opportunity
We began with a video audit which identified that Amnesty could produce more impactful presenter videos with their existing team.
Step 2. Training that delivered real content, fast
We then ran a series of online workshops and an in-person filming session using our proven creative templates and training tools.
During the training, staff developed ideas, scripted, filmed, and edited their own reactive presenter videos. One of the videos became one of Amnesty’s top-performing TikToks of all time.
”VideoRev’s training not only gives a masterclass in the communication principles behind viral social media content, but also gives the practical steps in writing scripts, filming and editing."

Step 3. Developing rapid response capacity
To help Amnesty respond faster to breaking news, we then developed systems and skills for quick-turnaround video. We ran a reactive video workshop where the team scripted, filmed, edited and signed off three reactive videos, all in under 8 hours. Two went live, and one racked up over 100,000 views and 6,000 Likes on Instagram.
Step 4. Building a repeatable system
Following the training, we worked with Amnesty to embed the process with a new video workflow. Together, we developed reusable briefing templates, repeatable workshop formats, and a clear reactive video process that the team now uses to regularly create short-form content.
”VideoRev helped to revolutionise how we produce videos at Amnesty UK.
The training helped evolve and improve our approach to reactive social video and planned campaign content with excellent hands-on sessions that have empowered and upskilled our Comms team.
Videos created in the sessions have had excellent engagement on our channels, really proving that VideoRev’s approach can have immediate, tangible results and impact.”
